Joscelyne Brinton, MS, APRN, FNP-CBoard-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
With 26 years of nursing experience, Joscelyne Brinton, MS, APRN, FNP-C, brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and clinical expertise to Signet Heart Group. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and has an extensive clinical background that includes critical care, structural heart disease, and cardiovascular surgery.
Joscelyne works closely with Signet Heart Group’s physicians to provide comprehensive, patient-centered cardiovascular care. Her diverse clinical experience gives her a unique perspective when caring for patients with both routine and complex cardiovascular conditions.
One of Joscelyne’s favorite aspects of being a nurse practitioner is empowering patients through education. She is passionate about helping patients better understand their cardiovascular conditions and guiding them in making informed decisions about their treatment options, medications, and lifestyle changes.
Her goal is not only to help manage cardiovascular disease but also to give patients the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their health and work toward a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.
Joscelyne grew up in the heart of Amish and dairy farm country in Ohio-but, as she likes to say, she got to Texas as quickly as she could! Today, she is proud to call Texas home.
Outside of medicine, Joscelyne is a proud wife to her firefighter husband and mom to two daughters who keep her busy with activities and sporting events. When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll likely find her traveling, cooking, searching for treasures at estate sales, working to perfect the art of sourdough bread, or trying to keep her houseplants thriving.
